Maggi or Top Ramen is one of the best brand providing the noodles which even loved by every age person .It is most common among college students or people having strapped of money and time and even the best among hostel students who do study in night .Their hunger makes them to cook noodles because it is easy to prepare, tasty and take very less time with not so many resources requires. But do you know what happens when they go inside your cute tummy?
When preserved noodle goes inside the stomach, it gives lots of pain in your stomach to digest; here I have used the word ‘preserve’. What does it mean? Well these noodles aren’t so fresh so it is needed to be preserved using some food addictives so they won’t get spoiled soon. For this, they add a preservative called TBHQ (toxic preservative tertiary-butyl hydroquinone) which is a byproduct of petroleum which causes problem in digesting the noodles.
TBHQ gives pain to stomach in digesting the noodles as our stomach takes more than 2 hours to digest this that causes impact nutrient absorption as this the fact that some food that remains in your stomach for long then it will definitely cause on your health.

Whatever the reason, many intelligent doctors and researchers like from wcvb have researched on this and they told that it is bad for health that means it is bad.
Nowadays there are many products come in market having preservatives that causes obesity as they all made to make you fat. So ditch all the processed foods that are available in the market and eat healthy, fresh vegetables, fruits which are free from these kinds of additives.
