Cob kernels from 1 sweet corn cob
1 Chopped white onion
1 sliced capsicum
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp chili powder

Less than 7 minutes.
How to prepare?
- Roasting process:
Slightly Burn the cob over an open flame and after that, remove the cob kernels from the cob using knife or cob removal kitchen accessory and keep it aside.
- Mixing Process:
- Mix the cob kernels with chopped onion, tomato and sliced capsicum.
- Pinch of salt according to taste over it.
- Dressing Process:
Pour olive oil, chili powder and lemon over it and serve it immediately.
