To start a day, it is necessary to have a healthy breakfast to make your day as “King start morning”. Most of people slept at late night because of hectic schedule causes late wake up in morning .The first thing comes in our mind while we wake up that we have short of time and have to ready as soon as possible if in case we would late enough then we can skip our breakfast. Why we think so? Is health is not necessary or you think without breakfast you will do more work in office if you think like that then you are stupid. By considering your problem that you all are short of time always and cannot able to prepare breakfast because that can take extra time. So, with this blog I am bringing some of the recipe that will take less than 10 minutes and will make you healthy, this is my promise indeed!!

I am presenting some oats recipes that make you feel energetic and enthusiastic, once you opt it in daily routine. What are reasons that oats are considered as among best healthy breakfast?

1.It flushes out the cholesterol in out body

  1. It improves your digestion as well as boosting your power.

3.It will make you active and increase your concentration.

Sharing the oat recipe that could prepare in less than 10 minutes:

Ingredients:

  1. Sugar – 1 Tablespoon
  2. Walnuts – 5-6
  3. Anjeer – 1
  4. Kajoor(Dates)– 2-3
  5. Apple – .5
  6. Banana – 1 is sufficient
  7. Kajoor(Dates)– 2-3
  8. Milk – 1.5 to 2 cups
  9. White Oats – .5 cup
  10. Strawberries -if you can

Method to prepare in 10 minutes:

  1. Firstly you have to cut all the dry fruit into small size like dates, Walnuts.
  2. Secondly you should cut all the fruits, you want to mix with Oats like Pomegranate, Apple, Banana and many more into small size.
  3. If microwave is there, then for 2-3 minutes cook the Oats along with 1 cup of Milk and Sugar if not, cook them for 5 minutes in vessel.
  4. Now after cooking of oats transfer to another bowl and cool it for 2-3 minutes, then add all the fruits, dry fruits and milk to make it more delicious and mix it well and enjoy healthy breakfast.

I am personally eating since 3 years and it is consider in the category of low carb snacks and it is my favorite breakfast, it makes me feel rich of health after taking this. Hope you would surely like the taste of it.
