First of all Happy Holi to all of you who is reading my article.Holi is the festival of colors. Everyone in India is waiting for this festival that comes in March every year and even this festival is the official announcement of end of winters. In this festival all age group people celebrate by putting colors on everyone’s face and kids play this festival in very eccentric way by using color water balloons and water guns.

But chemicals in color causes some side effects on skin, hair and body so, it is necessary to prepare your skin before playing Holi. It is really hard task to remove colors from the skin after playing Holi.”For this, you have to wear Full sleeve T-shirt that will help you cover your body. For skin using of the coconut oil or mustard oil over the skin last night before Holi that will help your skin to remove colors so easily after Holi.

If you are so lazy then use of lotion and moisturizer on skin before playing Holi that will protect you from strong sticking of colors. Eyes are  the main concern for that day because colors harm your eyes even so Try  to close your eyes while anyone putting color over you or use of sunglasses to protect your eyes from colors.

It is preferred to play your Holi with Gulal, herbal colors that won’t harm your skin. One more concern for nails so use nail polish for it to save your nails to get harm.”Hair is also major concern as dry colors harm your scalp so use of coconut oil in hair before playing Holi. It’s true that colors won’t wash out in single day so use of mild shampoo’s for removing the colors from hair.

#Tip:  On Holi day, your body gets dehydrated, so try to drink water again and again to save your health even.
