RECIPE OF AAM PANNA
Ingredients: Raw Mangoes, Sugar, cumin seeds powder, black salt.
Time Taken for Recipe after boiling mangoes: 4-5 minutes
- Take 2-3 raw mangoes and pressure cook them until they become soft.
- Take out the pulp of mangoes and mash to make it thick.
- Add water and sugar and boil it for 2 minutes.
- Add black salt and cumin powder to it and refrigerate it.
Whenever you want to drink it add some amount of this panna to chilled water.
Aam panna is amazing drink that can beat heat and make your body cool .It also contains antioxidants that can help in fighting with cancer. Diabetic and Anemic people can also take an advantage from it.
