Appreciation to Health never comes to sickness comes

Truth isn’t, well it makes me remember the viral which was happening to me last year then I completely understand the value of immunity and health. Without good health you not even walk properly, you can’t able to have the taste of any delicious dish i.e. (potato chapatti (Aloo paranthe) all time favorite) and not even you work properly, so wealth would surely be gone if you are unhealthy or unfit that day I decided that I will never compromise with my health. Therefore, I joined  a gym where I read “Health is not even make you fit but makes your intellectual activity also active”. Before we proceed I want to tell something about health which I felt since an year, “Health gives me a rebirth to my body, it reduces my laziness, it makes me feel active all the time, it gets me away from diseases, it gives me confidence bla bla……”.If I would like to write in such a way then definitely this night would definitely gone.

In technical or biological language what makes you give a good health.

  1. Eat Less in dinner: It is because if you consume at dinner all the extra calories are saved as fat in your body so during the night we generally prefers to sleep rather than walking to digest it so, no movement occurs makes those extra calories remain in the stomach and then slowly-slowly these calories would help you to gain in weight i.e. fat.
  2. Drink water too much: I think you know it, but you never bother it isn’t? Drinking water really helps you to remove the ache causing element through urine, even if we drink 1 glass of water before taking dinner it fills your stomach automatically so that will stop you to eat more.

  4. Avoid junk food/poisonous food: Many of the researchers give synonym to junk food is poisonous food, overweight and obsession occurs due to ingestion of junk food.

One humble request to readers who is reading my blog is to take oath that “You eat to live not live to eat”.I would love to write health and diet articles.Your comments and suggestions would be appreciated.
